Save space, target your trouble spots, and rock your workout with the ProForm SpaceSaver DX elliptical trainer. The SpaceSaver DX is outfitted with a smooth, frictionless resistance system that allows you to adjust your workout intensity without interrupting your workout. Simply choose one of the 12 resistance levels to accommodate your specific workout and conditioning goals. You can also use the built-in Target Toning mode to target your trouble spots. Designed to work specific areas of your body--such as your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and more--the Target Toning mode automatically adjusts the resistance and incline to challenge you in whole new ways. Best of all, when you're done with your workout, the trainer folds up and rolls away for storage. The base and pedals are designed to collapse easily, giving you nearly 3 feet of additional floor space.

The SpaceSaver DX offers a number of traditional workout programs in addition to Target Toning. Its six personal trainer workouts, for example, take the guesswork out of your routine by automatically adjusting the resistance to help you focus on aerobic, weight-loss, or performance goals. The two heart rate workouts, meanwhile, increase the resistance when your heart rate is too low and lower the resistance when it's too high. This helps keep you in the right training zone throughout your routine. And motivation isn't a problem thanks to the Interplay music port. Compatible with iPods and MP3 players, the music port lets you listen to your favorite tunes while you work the pedals.

Other features include a pair of upper-body arms that support a total-body workout; a generous 18-inch stride length; Quick Resistance buttons; a pair of AutoBreeze workout fans designed to keep you cool; oversized pedals; and a tough, commercial-gauge steel frame. The SpaceSaver DX, which accommodates up to 300 pounds, carries a lifetime warranty on the frame and a one-year warranty on parts and labor.
