The table features a user-friendly T-shaped tabletop that stabilizes the ergometer with four secure locking brackets. This gives your arms room to move without bumping into the table's edges whether you're sitting or standing. The table's Easy Lift hydraulic height adjustment system, meanwhile, requires just a single touch to adjust upward or downward--from 27 to 37 inches. The table even holds up to strenuous workouts thanks to the commercial caster system and locking no-skid floor plates, which stabilize the table in a single position regardless of how hard you're pumping. And when you're done with your workout, the table rolls easily into a corner for storage.
